Voltaire Cycles of Sarasota has a general merchandise 30-day limited return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return. Exclusions include vehicles, hazmat materials, personal apparel, and perishable goods. Please read our entire Return Policy before making a purchase from Voltaire Cycles of Sarasota.

Voltaire Cycles Sarasota accepts returns for most riding accessories as long as the items have not been used. The company's return policy extends for 30 days from date of purchase. Please note that for safety and hazmat certification reasons, certain products are exempt from our return policy. For these products, all sales are considered final.

All bicycles, trikes, skateboards, and scooter sales are considered final. If an order is placed online, we offer a 24-hour grace period from which you may cancel your order. Beyond 24 hours, we cannot refund the purchase. All custom ordered parts sales are also final. This includes batteries, conversion kits, chargers, and motor or battery accessories.
